Effective October 24, 2026.
Mascot Enterprise Group L.L.C. ("Mascot," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company providing credit education, credit-repair and personal and business funding assistance.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to mascotenterprisegroup.com, our forms, calls, texts, emails, and the services we provide under any agreement with you.
Our services may involve nonpublic personal and financial information. This website policy does not replace any separate privacy notice, authorization or disclosure required for a particular financial service. We provide additional notices where required.
Questions about this policy can go to [email protected] or by mail to Mascot Enterprise Group L.L.C., 4300 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 203, Miami, FL 33137.
Active SmartCredit monitoring and a current credit report available through authorized client-portal access are required throughout enrollment in Mascot’s credit-repair program. Funding-related report requirements are explained during the applicable intake and authorization process. An initial consultation does not require a SmartCredit purchase.
Clients enroll themselves through https://www.smartcredit.com/Mascot. SmartCredit is a separate third-party subscription. Its subscription charges, trial terms, renewal terms and cancellation process are disclosed by SmartCredit at enrollment and are separate from Mascot’s service fees. Mascot may receive compensation when you enroll through its referral link.
With your separate authorization, Mascot retrieves and reviews your credit reports through the supported SmartCredit client or partner portal to provide the services you request. Signing up through a referral link does not by itself establish report-access authorization or confirm that Mascot can access your reports. Do not send credit-monitoring passwords through text, email or chat.
If required monitoring or authorized report access becomes unavailable, the affected report-dependent work may be paused until access is restored. This requirement does not guarantee credit-report changes, a score increase or funding approval. Service responsibilities and any report-access authorization are documented separately in your service agreement and onboarding acknowledgment.
We collect information you give us, information from third parties with your permission, and basic technical information from our website.

Our CRM, communications and AI service providers may process call audio, transcripts, contact details and summaries to answer questions, route inquiries and arrange follow-up. The AI assistant does not make lending approvals or denials. You may request a team member. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, bank details or identity documents to the AI assistant, by ordinary email, text or chat; use the team’s approved secure intake process.
